 Shipping

  • Prices include processing, packaging and shipping
  • FREE shipping on all orders over £100
  • UK delivery aim: 3-5 days working days
  • Europe delivery aim: up to 1 week
  • Worldwide delivery: up to 3 weeks

 

  • Orders are not shipped with signature required: Flickini is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. 
  • Please check all details are correct before completing checkout: once dispatched we are unable to change your shipment. 
  • Our packaging is eco-friendly. 



Returns

  • If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for store credit/exchange, or refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any return item must be in its original condition (unused with hygiene strip attached) within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs to return the item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
  • The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

  • Flickini does not hold responsibility for any customs clearance costs in your country.
  • Flickini is not responsible for holding times of packages by your country's customs.
  • Please be aware of your country's standard policies as duty payments may be needed to release your order.

Please note: if you do not pay import taxes or duties & refuse the package, you will not be refunded for your order.
